“Inclusive education is essential to teach the next generation how the world should be.”

– Kelly Challis

At Norton Canes High School we have the highest expectations of our students both academically and personally. We, however, appreciate that there are potential barriers to learning that can create challenges in both attainment and progress. To ensure the best outcomes, it is essential that we support students to provide them the best platform to succeed in their subjects and prepare them for the world of work.

We have trained professionals who will work with students identified with special education needs and disabilities (for more information please see our SEND section). We also have a growing team of staff and external agencies who work with students and families to support issues in relation to attendance, behaviour and wellbeing. By working together, we can ensure that your child leaves Norton Canes High School with qualifications and skills that will assist them in their next stage in life.
